Local anaesthesia and autologous collection
Local anaesthesia is performed according to the EXOSOWING protocol before a limited quantity of adipose tissue is collected from the same patient.

In recent years, regeneration has become a very popular word. Techniques, protocols and instruments are multiplying. Yet when the same messages and promises are repeated, something essential can be lost: a clear identity.
EXOSOWING begins with a simple question: does the regeneration we practise truly represent us? We believe in medicine that listens to the person, respects biology and grounds every decision in clinical judgement, evidence and responsibility.
Our mission is to contribute to a new paradigm of tissue regeneration: a multispecialty vision connecting expertise, research and care pathways. A tool designed to support the doctor's approach, without reducing care to volume.
EXOSOWING is for professionals seeking a thoughtful approach to regeneration. Authentic medicine, where effectiveness, safety and respect for the person are considered together.
Be recognisable, not interchangeable. Nurture a relationship before proposing a procedure.
EXOSOWING — REGENERATION THAT REPRESENTS YOU.
EXOSOWING brings together protocols and procedural kits for the mechanical preparation of autologous tissue. Cannulas, needle sizes, syringe capacities and component quantities vary with the kit and specialty. Each configuration must be identified through its own documentation and applicable registration references.
After years of research: preparation with modified Klein solution, collection, mechanical preparation and use in the same clinical session, according to the applicable medical protocol and instructions.
A physical and mechanical process, without enzymatic digestion, culture or laboratory expansion.
Local anaesthesia is performed according to the EXOSOWING protocol before a limited quantity of adipose tissue is collected from the same patient.
Tissue is prepared using dedicated devices and the applicable instructions for use.
Depending on the protocol for the medical specialty, preparation may use one or more filters with different filtration characteristics, according to the system configuration and instructions for use.
Sterile connections and components support preparation within the configured closed circuit.
The material remains intended for the same patient. Use requires a specific clinical assessment and a compliant care pathway.
A general presentation, not procedural training. Mechanical processing alone does not establish a non-ATMP classification; processing and intended use must both be assessed.

EXOSOWING combines devices, a method and professional expertise. The filter is presented through its external design; detailed technical documentation is discussed with qualified professionals through the appropriate channels.

These are areas of research and development, not a list of authorised therapeutic indications. Evidence, protocols and availability must be assessed for each use and country.
Research on the ocular surface and cornea, including dry eye and corneal scarring. Ocular applications require dedicated studies and authorisations.
Interest in skin quality, superficial tissue and scar outcomes, with individual assessment and realistic objectives.
Specialist evaluation of joints, tendons and periarticular tissues. Evidence from other preparations does not automatically validate EXOSOWING.
Vulvovaginal tissues, scarring and pelvic floor health. Explore the illustrative sheets below.
Areas of interest include erectile dysfunction, Peyronie's disease and pelvic tissue support. Clinical indications and evidence must be evaluated separately.
Complex wounds and chronic lesions within multidisciplinary care, alongside infection control, perfusion assessment and appropriate local treatment.
A tissue-focused approach within diabetic foot care, not a treatment for diabetes. It does not replace vascular assessment, offloading or standard care.
Specialist research concerning spinal tissues and support structures. This does not imply a general indication for disc disease or back pain.

Three routes to explore a collaboration with EXOSOWING.
Explore the method in your specialty and discuss training, documentation and potential integration into clinical practice.
Put your facility forward for a collaboration that connects identity, professional expertise and participation in the territorial network.
Introduce your experience and your market. We evaluate partners who can connect commercial development, training and support for professionals.
Services, membership conditions, use of the brand and territorial availability are defined through evaluation and agreement. An application does not automatically confer accreditation or exclusivity.
The map and territory lists describe the project and its development. They do not confirm active sales or authorisation in every country. Contact the international team for current availability.

Autologous adipose tissue contains cellular components and biological mediators studied for their role in supporting natural tissue regeneration and repair. EXOSOWING combines mechanical preparation, specialist protocols and medical assessment within the same clinical session. Use and therapeutic objectives are defined by the physician for the individual patient and medical specialty.
The tissue comes from the same person for whom it is intended. This does not by itself guarantee efficacy, absence of risk or suitability for every indication.
The prepared fraction may include cellular components, including cell populations of mesenchymal interest, and biological mediators naturally present in adipose tissue. These components are studied for their role in supporting tissue regeneration and repair. The specific composition requires analytical characterization and does not guarantee a clinical outcome.
PRP comes from blood and concentrates platelets. EXOSOWING starts from adipose tissue. Different origins do not establish clinical superiority.
